何かを主張したいときは、英語のほうが思い切って書けていいような気がします。
日本語だと遠慮して言えないようなことでも、英語なら大丈夫。
英語で書いてあるとキツク感じないということもあるし、英語は論理的で主張しやすいということもあります。
また英語だと読む人が限られてくるということももちろんあります。

As nobody around me smokes, I am sometimes surprised when a person is smoking near me.
Of course, smoking is prohibited in my office.
If I have to work in a smoking office, I will quit the company as soon as I can.
