Morioka has a population of only 300,000 (cf.220,000 in Takarazuka), though it is the capital of Iwate Prefecture.
Why I visited Morioka was that I would like to take part in a workshop, which was held
by a real estate group.
The theme of the workshop was “credit recovery.”
An excellent banker gave a lecture.
Though its content was very good, I could not understand 20 % of his speech because of his Tohoku dialect.
