After the bath time, I do push-ups.
I have been increasing the number little by little.
Now I do 60 times.
I would like to make it 100 times and continue till 95 years old.
But I would do only push-ups and never over 100 times.
I know that I would not be able to continue it, if I overwork or to do with any other exercises, for example, sit-ups or a squat thrust.
