The other day I saw the pictures of his library.
It has 150,000 books.

When he was a university student, he was poor and won a scholarship.
But if he lost the top school record among all students, he would also lose the scholarship.
So he tried to get full marks in every test.
He became a guard of the university library and stayed at the library.
At night he could use the books as if it were his own library.

When he was a high school boy, he visited his teacher’s house and saw the library.
Mr.Watanabe thought: ”I would like to have such a nice and great library in future.”
It was the start of his intellectual life.
