The EU is struggling to solve the financial problem of PIIGS, which means Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece, and Spain.
PIIGS doesn’t contain the UK, because the UK is not in the eurozone.
The UK economy gives much more serious influence on EU economy, comparing with the PIIGS problem.
